The default language style at SRBE 2027 is standard English language only. Authors should submit manuscripts in the English language only.
SRBE 2027 welcomes original and unpublished research contributions aligned with the conference themes. Authors are required to submit their manuscripts on or before the prescribed submission deadline. Upon submission, a unique Paper ID will be assigned, which should be quoted in all future correspondence with the conference secretariat.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial screening for scope, formatting, and similarity, followed by a double-blind peer-review process conducted by subject experts. The review process is strictly confidential, and all parties involved are expected to adhere to professional and ethical standards.
SRBE maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and academic misconduct. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 15% during initial screening may be rejected without review. Authors are solely responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and for obtaining any necessary permissions related to copyrighted material.
Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published, accepted for publication, or simultaneously submitted to another conference, journal, or publication platform. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection of the manuscript and notification to the relevant publication platform, where applicable.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work. Only papers that are registered and presented during the conference will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings and submission to the publication partner. Presenting authors will receive a certificate of presentation.
Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings through the designated publication partner, subject to compliance with all submission, review, and publication requirements. Publication decisions remain subject to the policies and quality standards of the publication partner.
Authors are requested not to publicize or announce the acceptance status of submitted papers through social media, press releases, or other public platforms until official notification has been issued by the conference organizers. Any violation of this policy may result in withdrawal of the manuscript from the conference proceedings.
The Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding manuscript review, acceptance, publication eligibility, and compliance with conference policies. Authors are encouraged to contact the Organizing Committee for clarification on any policy-related matters.
